Amy Antes studied occupational therapy at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri where she obtained her masters degree.  She has since focused her practice and expertise in the field of pediatrics.  She utilizes many different treatmentstrategies, including compensatory strategies, remediation of loss or lack of abilities and sensory processing.

Ms. Antes serves on the board for Childhood Stroke and Hemiplegia Connections of Illinois (CSHC).  She has also completed the publication of Occupational Therapy Quick Reference Guide: For the Treatment of Spinal Cord Injured Patients © in 2005 and is has contributed to a book on goals and objectives for students with autism through Hawthorne Educational Services, Inc.
